DR McDonough was my go-to Urgent Care Physician. Unfortunately she left that clinic, and I felt everyone should know how great she was to me. She exceeds all expectations you may have when seeking medical attention. She is empathetic and very attentive. Upon asking me questions about my injury, is not typing or looking at something while pretending to listen, like most doctors like to think is possible. She is thorough, concise and very knowledgeable. She has a genuine concern for the patient, and listens and responds to all of your concerns. Based on my experience, she goes beyond a doctor's standard protocols or requirements to satisfy an office visit. When you are in her care, you are with one of the best. Dr McDonough is all around top-notch, as a physician and kind human. We need more people like her in the world.
