Dr. Koenitzer administered Medicognative Testing virtually to me. He provided assistance with my computer when I couldn’t connect with him. He even printed signs so I could use hand gestures to communicate. He was extremely patient with this complication. Dr. Koenitzer administered the test while making me feel competent and comfortable. It was an all day test and breaks were allocated as needed. What could have been a dreadful experience was handled as a challenge in a positive environment.
