One session in and I feel confident and secure seeing her. I've been misunderstood by others and gone nearly 30 years of my life not understanding myself. In one hours she helped he see/understand myself clearly and I will definitely be going back. I am very particular about who I talk to about my physical and mental health. I am shy and reserved. I do not trust people easily and I felt safe with her. That is saying a lot coming from me. Would definitely recommend. She seems very intelligent and very concerned about my mental health. She listened well and gave great explanation to her thoughts and concerns for me. I am very happy I have found someone to help me.
