The staff, from the minute you walk in are fantastic! They are friendly, the wait time is brief. The COA Meghan Price was well informed, explained things I never realized, was very helpful. The young lady that helped with getting my new frames ordered, I needed to just get new lenses for my sunglasses, and I was going to have to turn over my frames for 2 weeks, which I then would have had to deal with an even older pair of glasses I had at home, she was SO accommodating, that she figured out a solution, so I can now keep the glasses I have while I wait for my new lenses to come in...love the Lake Wales location! Super great group to work with.
