In private practice based in Gig Harbor, Juanita Beard's guidance has been such a boon to me, helping me navigate a really terrible down time that put me out of commission the COVID lockdown. I couldn't work, I couldn't think. Slowly I let myself appreciate Juanita's methods, approach, and skill at navigating my objections to trying new things...it's been a life-changing experience these months. I am so grateful for the new part of my life that's begun since she and I started meeting together. Even remotely our sessions have a really connected feeling. First we met pretty often - once a week, in fact, as I was genuinely in crisis. As I learned how to get comfortable trying new tools she showed me and we kept checking on progress and unfolding new challenges, we now see each other regularly without so much urgency. She was with me when it was a big crisis, and now it has mellowed as my heart opens up more, her guidance remains so valuable. I feel so lucky to have Juanita available!
