I was getting worse and worse from my normal chiropractor until I switched to Dr. Josh's upper cervical method. It made sense that he could help my neck pain, but I was skeptical it could help my low back pain too. He took time to explain why it would help, but I didn't fully believe it until I received my first treatment. My low back pain left immediately and the neck pain improved after the first adjustment slowly as it healed. Beyond that, I was surprised to find after holding my first adjustment for a year, that my shoulder I tore 10 years ago has stopped hurting when I play sports like volleyball and tennis.
