He spent extra time listening to me and offering helpful suggestions and reminding me of what I could do. It helped me very much to talk to him, I came away with a sense of calm and trust in the approach to my being ill. His dedication to listening and helping absolutely helped me very much. He sensed that I was pretty anxious and was able to calm my fears. Really good appointment visit.
