Joe is amazing! He explains things really well and is quite compassionate. When the doctor discharged me after surgery but didn’t sign the discharge paperwork, he came right over to the hospital and took care of it. He was always available when I called and calmed me when I panicked. His personality is very even keeled and he listens without interrupting. I wish all PA’s were as approachable and responsive as Joe is. I would highly recommend him!
