Today was my first visit and I was going to follow my previous provider after she left, but I decided to give St. Sophie’s one more shot. (The second provider they passed me to gave me LITERALLY a 5 or so minute appointment.) Jordan was awesome, she gave me her time and explained things to me. I really felt like I was being heard and cared about. There was a problem with my meds and she followed through with the pharmacy to make sure that I could get them, then had someone follow up with me twice to give me updates. Definitely someone I will see again and would recommend.
