Most definetly reccomend Dr Whitney as a psychologist because she is caring, concerned cognitive therapist. She is kind in her approach and is a wonderful, patient listener. When she listens to my feelings, she reframes them making sure she understands what I am sharingo to better understand my feelings. Not only does she work with you in sessions, but out of seasons, too, to understands your needs.better. Dr Whitney teaches mindful meditations and calming breathing exercises to help distract your negative thoughts. There is so many more great things I can say about Dr Whitney..If you need a therapist, go to her and you'll find out how great she is...
