Dr. Chiou can be difficult to find online because he works at the Belmont Eye Center and is not listed as part of the staff on the website. However, I have been seeing him for my post-op appointments for PRK, and he is clearly knowledgable and friendly. Although my appointments are relatively quick, I don't feel rushed at all, as he seems happy to address any concerns that I may have.
