This man literally saved my life. I am forever grateful for his knowledge and caring, compassionate soul that truly wants you to be better. I was a barely walking, dieing shell of a human that had just about giving up on living. AND now (2.5 years later & 46 years young) I am in the best physical & mental shape of my ENTIRE life. It is not an easy road to do a complete lifestyle change, be honest with him and yourself and miracles will happen!! I am a walking proof thanks to Dr. Rees.
