My experience with Joann has been exceptional. I've been seeing her for the past few months for the treatment of anxiety and depression. Her process of treatment is thorough and well-suited to the client's needs. From understanding the my background and needs at length, evaluating my health in a gradual and detailed manner over a period of time, not rushing with any diagnosis or medications - makes her an extremely sound and professional care provider. As an Indian in the US she has made it extremely easy for me to feel understood and seen during our sessions, incorporates context relating to my cultural and social background to ensure the treatment she provides is well-tailored and works effectively. She has a way of making you feel at ease immediately regardless of the state you're in at the beginning of the session. This helps balance the power dynamics between the care provider and patient effectively! She is a thorough professional and I can't recommend her enough!!!
