My daughter had an appointment with Jillian Pringle for my granddaughter so I went with them. She has had urological problems for some time now and she needed to see Ochsner Urology. Our experience with the entire visit was PHENOMENAL! From the time we walked in and through the x-ray experience, everyone was incredible. Jillian Pringle was FABULOUS! She put our minds at ease but also didn't pull any punches on what might be going on. Her follow up information and then the information she sent on a treatment plan was incredibly fast! Anyone who has children knows that you want answers NOW about your child. Well, we got it. SO grateful for Jillian and her whole staff. My granddaughter LOVED her and that made us very happy.
