Jill Shepherd is one of the most thorough and compassionate providers I have ever met. It was obvious during her first visit with me that she had already spent time reviewing my records and was able to explain things to me in a way that I finally understood my health condition. Nobody took the time to do that with me in the hospital, so when I was discharged to skilled nursing, I still didn't have an understanding of what was going on with my body. Jill changed that in just a few minutes. She not only went over my diagnoses with me, but let me be involved in making decisions about treatment options. Anybody who has the privilege of being her patient is in great hands.
