Jessica was extremely thorough and caring. She explained my hearing loss in easy to understand terms and recommended excellent solutions. She also recommended seeing an ENT Doctor to be sure that there were no mechanical reasons for my hearing loss. She is a real gem. I will continue to use her services for my hearing needs. Further, the receptionist Jennifer was extremely helpful, before and after my appointments. Hearing Health Clinic is excellent!
