Called Dr. Sager, as well as several other mental health care professionals, for a crisis situation (depression, anxiety, relationship issue). She responded to my call immediately, thoroughly discussed the situation over the phone, and took us in the next day. She answered all of our questions, was personable, knowledgeable and provided everything necessary to begin the healing process. Our family members have had experience with counselors for various reasons in the past, and Dr. Sager is, by far, the best we have experienced.
