I was hesitant to try talk therapy at first, but Jenna made me feel comfortable and supported from day one. Over the course of our sessions together, she helped me develop a better understanding of myself and my emotions, and gave me practical strategies to manage stress and anxiety. I'm so grateful for her guidance and highly recommend her to anyone who is considering therapy.
