I used to have to stretch my back after standing for 20 min and I would wake up multiple times a night to relieve lower back tightness. Now I run regularly and can sleep through the night and I no longer get neck spasms. Dr. Kennis is very gentle and knowledgeable and has changed my life through his competent and accurate chiropractic treatment.
