Highly recommend Dr. Harter. He is very thorough with the examinations. He asks pertinent questions and is easy to talk to. He is experienced, reputable and shows great care for his patients. He is never rushed during our appointments. His personality is relaxed. patient and kind.His office staff are all very inviting, friendly and efficient. Great office and staff overall, thus my 5 star rating. Thank you for allowing me to share !
