My entire family has been seen my Dr. Harrell in several occasions. We love his down to earth interaction. He speaks with us like a friend and not the way most of my other doctors have. He explains things in very easy to understand ways. He’s funny. Makes all of us at ease. He’s so wonderful with my children. He takes his time and makes them comfortable before doing anything and it makes the visit smooth. They don’t cry or get upset. Recently I went to the ER for stomach pain. They were very dismissive and sent me home. Probably because I wasn’t writhing in pain. But something was wrong. I saw Dr. Harrell 2 days later and he spent more time with me than the ER doc. He drew blood and told me that I may have appendicitis. I told him I did not think that was it because the pain wasn’t as bad as I’d heard about. He sent me to a different ER and told me he’d rather me be upset for wasting a few hours than have something bad happen. The next day my appendix was removed. He’s the best
