Dr.Higgin has been my primary care Doctor for 2 years and I’ve never had any issues with her. It feels as if I’ve known her my whole life. After looking for someone who truly cares about my wellbeing for a whole year l found Dr. Higgin. She is a trusted individual who cares about her patients.
