I became comfortable with Jean very quickly, and we cultivated a deep trust over time. Her demeanor is one of deep calm and ease. Her combination of talk therapy and EMDR was very effective, and helped me to manage the effects of trauma in a conscious and productive way. I am very grateful, and fortunate, to have so benefited from her expertise.
