I've been treating with Jay Higgins, D.C to deal with the dreaded IT Band syndrome and he has been my hero! With a half marathon in my near future I was panicked with the onset of knee pain. After trying rest and plenty of home remedies I reached out to Orthology for treatment. Jay was great to work with; I was noticing less pain after each visit. .Today I am pain free! It's nice to not feel like a number when you are visiting. He remembers personal notes about my family and hobbies and the conversation made the treatment much more bearable - and the talking helped me breath during some more intense deep muscle treatment. I would recommend to anyone needed relief. Jay is great.
