Dr. Jaster has been excellent. I came to his office after experiencing a sudden and unexpected loss of hearing in one ear that without swift treatment could become permanent. I am still in the midst of treatment, but his empathy (as this was NOT the diagnosis I'd expected), warmth, and professional urgency had the ball rolling on my treatment before I'd left the office. He called around to find other specialists who could quickly get me in for services not offered within his own practice, and has been extremely proactive in his care. In the midst of receiving some what devastating news, Dr. Jaster and his team have been a true blessing. I'm hopeful that my hearing will be saved, and I am confident that Dr. Jaster and the wonderful folks at Advanced ENT are doing everything in their power to help make that happen.
