Jane Britton is very knowledgeable about the Advanced Bionics/Phonak suite of products. Hearing tests are always conducted with the utmost professionalism. In addition, Jane is doggedly works to perfect the patients' hearing experience. I highly recommend ME&E and Jane specifically.
