Outstanding customer service!! She really took the time to explain my hearing loss, in a way I could understand it. We discussed all the options available and together we decided what was best for me. By far the most knowledgeable specialist I've been to. She really cares about the overall well being of her patients. I would recommend her to anyone that I meet that has a hearing problem. She is fantastic!
