It’s unfortunate to see the bad review because I had the opposite experience with Dr. Oevermann. I’ve been a patient of his for about 8 years and my entire family sees him. I thought I was going to eventually go blind because my previous eye Dr. had been over correcting my eyes and increasing my prescription with every visit. I went to Dr. Oevermann prepared for the worst, but after he examined my eyes he reduced my prescription and I felt like a new person. My headaches stopped and my mind was put at ease regarding my long term vision. He is very knowledgeable, listens to my concerns and has addressed them all over the years, referring me out to specialists when necessary. He’s a funny guy and has a dry sense of humor so I’ve actually enjoyed the visits as well but like anything else, I guess that isn’t for everyone. I definitely recommend him.
