I have been suffering from back and muscle issues for months. After making a plan and kind of massage that would help the most my pain has decreased and I am able to walk more comfortably now. I know I will not be totally pain free, but the massages help very much. James spaces his appointments so you are not waiting. His therapy area is always very clean. James listens and is a caring person.
