I had a total thyroidectomy in 2009 and therefore had to take levothyroxine since then. I started having issues early February 2022 (heart palpitations). I am so glad to have found Nurse Jackie. She explained the issue and the relation between dosage, body weight and the type of medication. Something that was never explained to me before by my multiple endocrinologists CA. All they did was changed the dosage and continued blood tests which only resolved it for a short period. Nurse Jackie diagnosed it and never had issues since. She makes sure I am seen even before my scheduled appointment when she sees something that requires immediate attention from the blood results. She responds to inquiries quickly and she really cares for her patient. The staff at her Davenport office are also great to work with and very responsive.
