After 20 year of chronic insomnia paired with being a high strung person living a very stressful life, finding little to no relief from medications, behavioral therapy, specialist and psychologist, it was suggested to me by a chiropractor friend to look into acupuncture. He referred me to Dr. O's office/Yin & Yang Healthcare. I have had 7 acupuncture sessions, and I can literally feel my life changing!
