My daughter started with shin splints during track. Took school trainer's advice to rest for a month--and as soon as she started running they started up again. Mr. Knudson was recommended--he got us in quickly and set her on exercises that strengthened her muscles and joints. All good. Toward end of cross country season she experienced sharp pain--tendonitis. He again made room for her in his busy schedule, did 'everything he could for short-term healing'--and two days later she was able to run at districts and qualified for states. So grateful for this caring, knowledgeable, flexible physical therapist!
