How likely are you to recommend Hillary Bickel?
I have only done Telehealth, which I prefer because I don’t have to to make the commute to her office location for appointments. I had been looking for someone to help me treat my ADHD, as I had gone without treatment nearly my entire life even with a diagnoses at 10 years old. Unlike the psychs I had met previously, who were cold and off putting, Hillary felt welcoming and friendly. I was afraid to ask for medication, paranoid about looking like a drug seeker or something, but she agreed and WOW, I don’t know how I survived so long without it. It’s like I went from playing life on hard mode to normal. The only reason I docked a star is because I really wanted to try something for anxiety, but she doesn’t seem comfortable prescribing it (at least to me). I’m still paranoid and anxious when it comes to asking for any kind of medication, so I stopped pushing for it. Other then that, she has been great.
