When I came to see Dr. Ruiz, it was already 9+ months that I had severe reoccurring neck pain. I couldn't sleep, couldn't work and sometimes couldn't even take a deep breath. My PCP told me it's because of anxiety and stress and added that I'm "way too young" to have spine/neck issues. When I came to see Dr. Ruiz I was in SO MUCH pain and I was so desperate... But, he was very thorough, he checked every single disk on my spine and neck and then did some magic movements (which caused some crazy crunch sound after which I felt immediate relief). He also showed me exercises that I've never seen in any videos dedicated to neck pain/spine decompression on YouTube. Dr. Ruiz always takes his time during the visit and he's also got very positive and healing energy.
