Went to the er and Heidi was my PA. She was very knowledgeable, took the time and listened to me. She knew exactly what she was doing. I felt completely confident and comfortable with her. It’s very often that people brush you off and rush you in and out, I didn’t feel like that at all with her. 10/10 for sure!!
