I have lived my entire life under the vail of anxiety. I used multiple coping mechanisms just to get through each stressful day. When those mechanisms stopped working, life became unbearable. Heather has been a godsend. She has helped me to understand the source of my anxiety and how to neutralize it. After 25 years of daily, progressively crippling anxiety, I was finally able to find relief. It was life changing. Heather is an amazingly kind person with the uncanny ability to bring calm and comfort into a room. Her approach is very effective and helped me to find resolve quickly. I would highly recommend Heather to anyone that needs a kind, experienced professional in our journey to better mental health.
