Since starting physical therapy with Gretchen, I've seen vast improvements. I was recommended her by my primary physician primarily due to TMJ. My jaw has improved mobility and has stopped popping. Furthermore, she's been working on my shoulders and mid-upper back to deal with the weakness and tightness which has been contributing to my jaw and headache issues. For the first time in years I can maintain a proper posture.
