I like Dr Katz because he is very straightforward and -- very importantly -- not condescending. He's just a regular guy who has a lot of knowledge and is conscientious to boot. He is the second guy I went to for help with my situation. (The first guy was hostile and condescending and I left feeling like a freak.) So of course I had trepidation about seeing another guy of a similar demographic. Fortunately, Dr. Katz is just a regular professional guy who wants to get things done, and I really appreciate it.
