As a Vietnam vet with hearing loss, I was extremely impressed and pleased with Gayle's professional expertise in diagnosing my condition. My appointment was scheduled for 9:00 am, but I arrived a half hour early at 8:30 am. She met me right away and promptly proceeded to do a very comprehensive exam, much better than any other audiologist that I had previously seen. She was very courteous and thorough and made an excellent recommendation t o the V.A. for a new improved hearing aid!
