I had been struggling with debilitating anxiety and depression when I stumbled upon Dr. Goodman's website. I already had been through several failed attempts with other therapists so I was nervous to reach out to Dr. Goodman. Let me tell you......I am so thankful that I did. She has been such a pivotal part in my healing journey. Struggling with mental health had depleted all my confidence and trust in myself. But the work I did with Dr. Goodman had restored all of that. From the beginning I could tell she was different. She really takes time to get to know you and takes a sincere interest in your treatment. Other therapists would generically tell me the same things and I never felt like they were genuine about my recovery. Dr. Goodman really listened to my fears, desires, needs, etc and catered my treatment specifically to what I needed for myself. She is one of the most kind and compassionate human beings I know and I owe a lot of my will to get better to her. I am forever Grateful
