I have seen Eve since 2014, and I can safely say she is the best therapist I have ever worked with. Her personality meshes well with mine, and she is upfront and honest without being condescending or rude. I don’t know what issue that other guy had, but obviously not every patient will mesh well with every therapist, and he certainly doesn’t speak for every male. I'm a male, in my 30's, and I have never felt uncomfortable interacting with Eve. Given my history, she believed EMDR would be effective as part of my treatment very early on. I was hesitant at first, since it was a new treatment that I knew nothing about. However, she guided me through the process, and patiently answered any questions I had about it. It has proven to be one of the most impactful experiences I've ever had, with an overwhelmingly positive outcome, and am now fully comfortable with both the treatment and Eve's expert administration of it. I highly recommend her as a resource for mental health.
