Going to Erin was the best decision I’ve ever made. When I started with her, I was at my absolute lowest point and was scared to let anyone in to help. Erin met me where I was without judgement, even when I told her the worst behaviors and tendencies I had at the time. She never gave me phoney and non-realistic solutions that would never work. She provided me with realistic solutions that led me to overcome my bad coping mechanisms and it slowly led me to completely seize those bad behaviors and in turn I began using healthy mechanisms! She truly cared about my genuine well-being and never hesitated to allow me to reach out if i ever needed help. She made me want to live life again and for that, I am forever grateful. I absolutely love this woman:)
