I’ve been very impressed with Erica and have seen her multiple times when I can’t see my PCP. She listens to what you have to say and doesn’t rush you. She also has a discussion with you about what’s going on and together you make a plan about how to handle it, so you actually feel involved about your care. I trust her judgment and feel like she actually cares about me.
