i had to cancel my appointment on the 19th of April due to a referral authorization that had expired. I called them three days later, after my new referral was processed and they got me a new appointment the next day, which was great as it prevented any delay in getting my pain meds refilled on time. Emily is always a pleasure to be seen by, always pleasant, professional and is always genuinly interested in my overall wellbeing.
