If this is the same Dr. Licea that now works for Kaiser, then I recommend him completely. If not, then disregard this review. He is a great listener, very down to earth, progressive in his approach to patients, very patient and kind. I have nothing negative to say about my experiences with him. I have had horrible experiences with several of Kaiser's mental health professionals and Dr. Licea is nothing like those ninnies. I wish all their psychiatrists were a great and competent as he. Kaiser does not recognize people with ADHD who were not diagnosed by age 12, which for me, was in 1982, when only one study had even been done even asking if girls could have the disorder. Dr. Licea went against Kaiser's policy to some degree by agreeing to assess me, and diagnosing me with likely having it. I have so much respect for him. His ethics are top notch. I recommend him without any reservation.
