Ella is by far the best therapist I have ever had. I've been dealing with anxiety for a very long time, and have met with different therapists along the way. Ella's enthusiasm, genuinely caring disposition, and down-to-earth nature sets her apart. What I find most helpful is that she isn't afraid to ask me difficult questions and point out things that she has noticed. Sometimes I forget that I told her something, and she actually remembers the little details about my life. Ella really takes the time to get to know you and what you are looking for. Ella wants to find ways for me to feel better and help make immediate change in my life, while also takes the time to process my experiences and past history with me. She and I set goals and "homework assignments" at the end of every session, and knowing she is going to ask me about them in the next session really motivates me to do them. I can't recommend her enough, and appreciate everything she has and is currently doing for me.
