I have been in therapy on and off for half of my adult life with little to no results. A couple of years ago I found Beth and I do believe choosing to stick with therapy with her was quite possibly the best decision I have ever made. After only a couple of years and a ton of hard work I am finally finding myself. For the first time ever I understand what self validation and self confidence feel like and I could not have achieved this without some one who is as supportive and understanding and patient as Beth is. Her office is very comfortable (though we do telehealth right now with the corona virus) and she never makes you feel rushed at the end of the hour. I highly recommend her.
