As a person going through a divorce I had feelings of fear and uncertainty. I sought ought counseling and landed at Liz's door. She helped me to understand that my divorce was like a marathon; I would eventually cross the finish line. Along the way she helped me to understand and focus on my good qualities and to look at areas I could improve. Throughout my counseling she helped me to unlearn the things I learned about myself during my marriage which were not true. It took a little over three years to reach the point where I would be living well, and Liz was the counselor that helped me help myself to get there. I shall remember her guidance and coaching for as long as I live and it's likely I'll never be able to repay to her the value of what she provided to me and my two children through the counseling she provided to me. If you believe you need or would benefit from counseling you're probably right and IMO Liz would be your best starting point.
