I enjoyed my visit to Dr. Neffinger. She was ready when I arrrived, and gave me time to explain the symptoms that were or concern. I felt that I was able to update her on the present day and past symptoms that were on my mind. She is a great listener, and I feel that she treated me as an individual. She includes you as a 'detective' so that both of you can work as a team to find the cause of your ailment. I feel that she is not concerned about selling the best supplement available, but rather she is concerned with helping you make decisions that best suit your body, so that it can run efficiently on its own. I look forward to the next visit, and working as a team to maintain and build my health. I felt very safe and comfortable in the environment; it is a safe space where one can share their health concerns.I am happy to have found Bloom Natural Health; Dr. Neffinger is a great Naturopath for those who are looking for one in the West Hartford area!
