Ms. Kelly is first and foremost a compassionate and active listener. She will meet you where you are emotionally, inquire about your therapy goals at the beginning of each session, hear your story, and offer reflective feedback on your current situation in dialogue with you. She'll suggest resources and recall even the smallest details you shared in sessions prior to relate to your current situation, equipping you with a deeper understanding and perspective of ways to move forward. Ms. Kelly is also a genuinely kind person with great integrity for her profession, confidentiality, and client care. I began weekly virtual meetings with Ms. Kelly in August 2020 to cope with unexpected life changes and trauma, after having been away from therapy for some time. I am so sincerely grateful to have found Ms. Kelly and her holistic approach to counseling and wellness. Without her, I would not have survived these past several months. I HIGHLY recommend working with Ms. Kelly for healing.
